Body of work in Lionsim is elaborate and vast, having received coveted awards and accolades from Club, District, Multiple and Lions International every surpassing year to bag the highest honour from Lions International bestowed upon any serving Lion, “Ambassador of Goodwill” in 2021. Lion serving for the cause of betterment of society at large for 50years and more till date relentlessly. Emphasized on permanent need based projects, the Lions Hospital at Koperkhairane, Navi Mumbai, popularly referred to as the “Temple of Service”, became functional during his term as District Governor, giving medical service to the poor and needy at charitable charges. Has done a commendable service during the Covid-19 pandemic, by keeping the Hospital operational every single day as also procuring Covishield vaccines.
